Hadlock, Denney are Victorious in Uintah County Pure Stock Features

VERNAL, Utah (Tuesday, August 1, 2017)- Rayne Hadlock won his second Uintah County Pure Stock feature on Friday, July 28 at the Diamond Mountain Speedway in Vernal, Utah with Tim Nunn finishing in the runner-up spot. Hadlock would get second on Saturday to 16 year old Grayson Denney of Salt Lake City, Utah. Denney would go onto win his career first Uintah County Pure Stock win.

Kelly Smith earned his first win of the season on Friday, July 28 at the Diamond Mountain Speedway in the L&L Motor Company IMCA Modifieds. Finishing in second was West Valley City, Utah racer, Ron Moser. Moser would also get a runner-up finish on Saturday to Chase Hansen of Myton, Utah.

The JBH Contracting IMCA SportMod feature winner on Friday was Steve Gray of Vernal, Utah. Shane Simper was the runner-up on Friday but on Saturday, Simper made a late charge to win the feature on Saturday. Josh Smith finished in second on Saturday.

Chase Hansen was the Dwarf Car feature winner on Friday and Saturday at Diamond Mountain Speedway. Runner-up on Friday was John Hogue and on Saturday, Shane Simper would finish in second.

Tom Gallagher swept the weekend in the Rotating Right Mini Stocks with Steve Livingston finishing in second both nights.

Side by Sides were also on the card. Jerry Hislop was the feature winner on Friday night.

Next scheduled races are Friday and Saturday, August 11 & 12, 2017. Races will begin at 8pm MST on Friday and 7pm MST on Saturday. Gates open at 4pm on Friday and 3pm on Saturday. Pit Meeting will start at 7pm on Friday and will begin at 6pm on Saturday.

Bulk Grandstand Tickets can be bought for $150 for 25 tickets.

Raceivers are mandatory in ALL classes.
